.DISCUSSION...
KEY MESSAGES:
- Gusty NW winds will eventually decrease this evening.
- Freezing temperatures tonight into tomorrow morning.
- Temperatures will warm tomorrow through Wednesday with dry
  weather.
WEATHER PATTERN OVERVIEW:
An upper level trough will continue bringing gusty north northwest
winds before the boundary layer strengthens enough to bring the
winds down. The Lake Wind Advisory for Fort Peck Lake remains
through 6 PM today. High pressure will move into Montana this
afternoon and evening which will clear skies across the forecast
area. Clear skies and light winds tonight will allow temperatures
to fall into the upper teens in a few locations.
An upper ridge will build into the area to bring temperatures up
through Wednesday. A dry cold front Wednesday night will bring
slightly cooler temperatures on Thursday. Dry weather continues on
Friday with another ridge over the area. There is a trough
potentially moving in next weekend.
FORECAST CONFIDENCE & DEVIATIONS:
There is high confidence in most locations falling below freezing
tonight into tomorrow morning. There is moderate confidence in an
upper trough moving in by next weekend, but there is low
confidence on precipitation chances and amounts.
Adjusted winds with NBM90 and NBM for today and tomorrow. Brought
low temperatures down for this morning with NBM and NBM25
percent. No other deviations from NBM.

FLIGHT CAT RANGE: VFR today and tonight.
DISCUSSION: Mid and high clouds will clear out throughout the day
today and clear skies are expected tonight.
WIND: North northwest at 15 to 25 knots, decreasing to 5 to 10
knots after 00z, becoming light and variable after 04Z.
EQUIPMENT: At KSDY an AMD NOT SKED will remain in place
until the METARs comms issue is repaired.
